DELIVERY TERMS AND CONDITIONS

loss or loss of turnover, profits, business or goodwill, whether
arising from a breach of contract, tort, negligence, breach of
statutory duty or otherwise.

15. AMENDMENTS AND MODIFICATIONS


Gulf reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to amend or
modify these DT&C, the IPL or the IPD at any time, provided
that such amendments or modifications shall only apply to
deliveries of Marine Lubricants made after the date of such
amendment or modification.
Gulf shall use its reasonable endeavours to provide Buyers
with at least 30 days notice of any amendment or modification
of these DT&C, the IPL or the IPD; provided, however, that
Gulf may provide notice of amendments or modifications to
