MOTION TO RESET HEARING

COMES NOW, the undersigned counsel unto this Honorable Court,
most respectfully avers:
1. The initial hearing of this case, upon the kind
consideration of this Honorable Court and on the ground
that Petitioner was preoccupied with the recent passing of
her father, was re-schedule on 25 July 2018;
2. However, the undersigned counsel, who is presently holding
the position of Attorney I in the Provincial Environment
and Natural Resources Office (PENRO), has been directed to
attend the:
CONDUCT OF TRAINING AND WORKSHOP ON CASE BUILD-
UP ON VIOLATION OF ENVIRONMENTAL LAWS AND
CONDUCT OF ADJUDICATION PROCEEDINGS AS
PRESCRIBED UNDER DEPARTMENT OF ENVIRONMENT AND
NATURAL RESOURCES ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER (DAO) NO.
97-32 ON 24-25 JULY 2018;

PRAYER
3. In view of the foregoing, the undersigned counsel is
constrained to, once again, most respectfully and humbly
petition for the resetting the above-cited case at a later
date most convenient to this Honorable Court.
