EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

Exodus is a company committed to exploiting untapped technology in both regional and international
countries, devoting our resources to revealing intrinsic value for a data center. Our company is of the
belief, there are tremendous amounts of underserved urban companies that require technological
processing power, but they don’t hold the resources to hire large multinational companies to solve
mathematical algorithms for them.

Exodus’s management team currently consists of Shane Murry, Marlene Anderson. The market for
EXODUS’s services is so monumental globally, quarterly expansion of the business will provide a colossal
amount of job opportunities for both rural and urban citizens of Trinidad and Tobago. The company will
see a 150% growth over a 15-month period potentially proving over 150 jobs thus positively escalating
the economic status of our country.

In recent years the industry has shifted to greater cost efficiency, lowering the entry barriers in the
industry spawning many more providers that communicate on encrypted networks via the internet.
However, the great majority of the competition is more based on reputation. Exodus will deploy proven
performance equipment with low cost and high efficiency, establishing a giant foothold in the market.

Through innovative funding sources and expansion capabilities, EXODUS renews the vision and strategic
focus in reinforcing our country’s business ties in both local and international markets: becoming an
innovative force in rural Trinidad. This business plan serves as a formal business strategy proving as a
worthy investment for a $500’000 credit line from NEDCO, which enables us to purchase it equipment
i.e. ethernet cables, watt meter, etc. That being the primary wave of purchases, the funding will also use
to purchase 32 ASIC processors and last but not least a 3 phase electrical transformer for tier 3 electricity
draw. It also acts as a progressive strategy for improving sales, gross margin, profitability and expansion
abilities.
