1) DATE / PERIOD Of INSPECTION: 10th June 2018

2) DETAILS OF WORK PERFORMED & RESULTS:

 Visited Convrgnt to check the status of Dampers and sand filters and status of
delivery of ducts 1A. Vendor informed dampers and filters will be ready on 11 th
June, 1A ducts will be delivered on evening of 10th June 2018.

 Visited KSS it was noticed packing activities not started due to un availibity of
pallets, coordinated with Convrgnt to send the pallets for KSS to start the
packing activities.

 Packing activities were started in the afternoon, packing list was prepared by
TCM and no support from celantel/Convrgnt on preparation of packing lists

 Monitored the packing activities of ducts.

 COC was not provided by vendor for packing list-16.

 MTC’s shall be provided by vendor.
