newbie in the food business industry the company designed a product that would give the
consumers both benefit.
“Bibingka”, the all time Filipino favourite rice cake will serve NDRSJ Fruit Mix
Company as the core product. The traditional bibingka recipe is made up with the typical grind
rice, sugar, eggs and baking powder. The problem with this recipe is that it contains high
sugar/carbohydrates content which is not good for health conscious and figure conscious food
lovers. To meet the company’s target markets demand NDRSJ Fruit Mix Company designed new
bibingka recipes and flavors that they will surely love.
“Bibingka Frootah”, the sugar–free bibingka with a fruity flavor twist. All time Filipino
favourite bibingka infused with fruit meats/flesh and fruit extracts topped with its respective fruit
jam or cream flavors that will serve as its sweetener. To make it healthier the company
substituted the typical grind rice traditionally used in cooking bibingka with grind brown rice. To
make it more nutritious it is mix with fruit tidbits that are rich in antioxidants and fiber that helps
in good and proper digestion.
NDRSJ Fruit Mix Company want to provide their target market with different bibingka
frootah falovors that’s why the company created a bunch of bibingka recipe’s flavoured with the
best pinoy fruits. Health and figure conscious food lovers will enjoy eating bibingka frootah. The
company will both satisfy their cravings without their fear of gaining extra pounds and having
excessive sugar intake.

EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
NDRSJ Fruit Mix Company is a starting corporation whose business partners are
composed of five degree holders in Marketing. Since everyone has the same expertise, we’ve
decided to create an innovation of the all-time Filipino favourite rice cake “bibingka” that our
target market will surely love.
The Bibingka Frootah Hauz will be a top of the line coffee shop/cafeteria that will offer
a wide variation of fruity-flavored bibngkas or what they call as “Bibingka Frootah”. The
business partners guarantees their market with total customer satisfaction from the food, service
and cleanliness of their store and facilities. Their store will be located at Gapan City Center.
“Bibingka Frootah” as our core product, will be made with the finest ingredients and first
class Filipino fruits that are guaranteed fresh and sweet.
To complement with our “Bibingka Frootah”, we will also offer brewed coffee, choco,
and fresh cow’s milk. And the following beverages will be served ice or hot depending on the
customers preferences. The business partners also agreed to add four sandwich recipes to our
menu to help us increase our market share.
The Pricing Strategy for our products are all cost-based, from production cost, product
cost, selling and advertising cost, and other miscellaneous expenses but are competitive.
The cafeteria or store will be designed to make our customers feel comfortable because of
its air conditioned dining are and wide service/counter area to accommodate customers. since it it
also located in the heart of the city it will be very accessible for the customers. The customer will

also enjoy their stay and will make them feel like they are at home. They will be provided with
free internet connection and some magazines/newspapers to read while eating.
This marketing plan includes the 4 p’s of marketing mix to further ensure the
achievement of all our marketing objectives.

“Bibingka Frootah”
“Bibingka Frootah”. The all time Filipino favourite rice cake “bibingka” innovated and
flavoured with luscious, mouth-watering Filipino tropical fruits. Our bibingka frootah is made
with the finest ingredients that our target market will definitely love and can’t get enough of. To
make it more healthier we used brown rice instead of using the traditional rice we use in cooking
bibingka. Our products are 100% sugar free, instead of using sugar as our product’s sweetener,
we used the fruit meat, extracts and jam toppings as alternative for it.

Straw Bingka The strawberry flavoured bibingka frootah.
Strawberry fruit meat and extracts infused

sweet and tangy strawberry flavor. And

Jackfruit flavoured bibingka topped with

To complement with our Bibingka Frootah’s we thought of beverage that will enable our
customers enjoy eating our bibingkas. Our Bibingkas will be enjoyed by our customers if it is
complemented with the appropriate beverages. The following beverages will be serve either iced
or hot depending on our customers preference.
Beverages Description
Brewed Coffee Roasted coffee beans, ground and brewed for hours to
give our customers delight in eating our bibingkas. The
bitter taste of our coffee blends well with the fruity flavor
taste of our bibingkas our coffee comes in 8oz and 12oz
serving. Served hot or iced.
Choco Our chocolate beverage is made from a 100% and top of
the line cocoa beans, giving it a chocolate taste that
would tremendously complement our bibingka. Also
comes in 8oz and 12oz serving. Served hot or iced.
Fresh Cow’s Milk Youngsters and young at hearts will love the taste of our
bibingka if it is complemented with 100% all natural and
fresh cow’s milk. The creamy, smooth and milky taste of
our fresh cow’s milk will surely boost the flavourful taste
of our bibingkass. Serve in 8oz and 12oz measurement.

Sandwiches Description
Chicken Sandwich Our chicken sandwich is consist of shredded chicken breast
and other spices to make it taste good. Served between slices
of bread. It is best served with lettuce and tomato.
Egg Sandwich We are offering two egg sandwiches. The first one is consist
of boiled eggs mixed with mayonnaise, salt and a lettuce. The
other one is consist of fried egg with a cheese. Both served
between slices of bread.
Ham and Cheese Our ham and cheese sandwich is made up by putting cheese
and slice of sweet ham between two slices of bread. The bread
can be buttered o toasted.
Tuna Sandwich Our tuna sandwich is made with the finest chunky tuna
garnished with tomatoes, onions, lettuce and mayonnaise.

LOGO
We created a simple yet eye-catching logo. We want our logo to tell something about our
product that is why we came up with the design just like what is shown above.
The small hauz on top of the bibingka signifies our cafe or store. We want our
customers perceive that they will feel like they are home when eating at our cafe. Of course the
bibingka image that signifies our core product and the fruits that are included in the logo is a
representation of what kind of fruity flavoured bibingka are we selling.
We also want our target market to perceive that our store will both satisfy their bibingka
and fruit cravings at the same time once they see our logo.

BRAND NAME
Our store will be named “The Bibingka Frootah Hauz”. “Bibingka Frootah” will serve as
our core product, since it is our core product we decided to add it on our store’s name. And
“hauz” because we want and we will try hard to make our customer’s feel like they are at home
while eating in our store. Furthermore we also want our target market that once they read our
store’s name it will leave them a question of “how would a bibingka frootah taste like?” that
would eventually urge them to walk in inside the store premises and try our products.
“The bibingka frootah hauz” will be managed under NDRSJ Fruit Mix Company owned
by the managers themselves namely Mr. Dan-Hill Galvez, Ms. Resheil Sarah Santos, Mr. Neil
Barlis, Mr. Joecor delos Santos, and Mr. Rhoem Dale Divino. The abbreviation “NDRSJ” came
fro the business partners’ nickname initials meaning Neil, Dan, Rhoem, Sarah and Joecor. And
the term “Fruit Mix” because our core product is mixed with fruit extracts and meats.
All five of the business partners are knowledgeable and we possess the expertise and
qualifications to run a business because all of us are graduates of BSBA major in Marketing. We
themselves are also joined by a common characteristics of being food lovers that’s why we put
up the business.

PRODUCT POSITIONING
Bibingka is one of the most popular all time Filipino favourite rice cake. We decided to
add or put a twist in this all time Filipino favourite food that the market will surely love and can’t
get enough of and we came up with a food innovation we call as “Bibingka Frootah”. We want
to satisfy our target market cravings for fruits and bibingka all in one product the same way we
want them to perceive our Bibingka Frootah as “THE HEALTHY BIBINGKA”.
PRODUCT EVALUATION
“The Bibingka Frootah Hauz” will be serving the first of its kind fruity-flavoured
bibingka, the “Bibingka Frootah”. The product is made up of the finest and top of the line raw
ingredients. Instead of using the traditional grind rice we Filipinoes are using in cooking
bibingka, we will make use of grind brown rice (instead) to make it healthier. The fruit
ingredients are guaranteed fresh and sweet. Not to mention all the healthy benefits we can get
from these fruits. The fruit jam and fruit slices toppings and the fruit meat and extracts mixed in
bibingka mixture shall serve as the products sweetener thereby giving our customers a fruity
sweet taste when eating our bibingka products. Since the product’s sweetener are the fruit jams,
slices, extracts and bits will no longer be adding/using sugar. “Bibingka Frootah” is sugar free.
The market/customers will surely enjoy eating our bibingka frootah especially when it is
complemented with our coffee, choco and fresh milk beverages.

Our company will be selling “Bibingka Frootah”. The ll time Filipino favourite rice cake
innovated and infused with Filipino tropical fruits that would satisfy our target markets taste
buds.
Bibingka is all time Filipino favourite rice cake and as innovators we decided to bring or
create an innovative version of the traditional Filipino rice cake that consumers will surely love.
We want to satisfy our customers craving for bibingka and fruits without having
excessive sugar intake. We are guided by the fact that people nowadays are health conscious
food lovers. And were going to give them what they want.
To make our product healthier we substituted the typical grind rice with grind brown rice.
The fruit extracts, meats and jams infused and topped with our product will serve as its
sweetener thereby giving the customers lesser sugar intakes. The fruits/fruit flavors that are
infused in our bibingka are all good sources of vitamins and fiber that helps in proper digestion
of food.
Each bibingka frootah is 25 grams per piece. Our customers will surely get value from
eating our product. With proper marketing strategy we are pretty sure our product will compete
well in the market.

The packaging of our Bibingka Frootah is made of foldable food box. Which consist of
our logo and the different color designs that signifies fun, being creative and playfulness of the
product which is based on the different fruits flavor we have in our bibingka.

Our company aims to increase our market share annually, keep existing customers and
turn them into regular customers of our store.
High market share means greater source of sales and income. To achieve this objective
we will make sure that the product quality and service quality is way better than our competitors.
Here in Gapan our indirect competitors would be from nearby
establishments/convenience stores like 7/11, Mini Stop, and Siomai Hauz. The said
establishments will be our competitors since there are no other establishments here in Gapan
City, Nueva Ecija that sells the same product we sell.
Our customers will be provided with free internet access so they can browse on their
social media accounts and magazines and newspapers to need to make them feel at home while
dining in our cafe.

PLACING STRATEGY
The “Bibingka Frootah Hauz” will operate at the newly constructed Gapan City Center.
The said location is addressed at Bucana, Gapan City, Nueva Ecija. the place is located within
the heart of the city, along the National Highway, with wide and open parking spaces and
surrounded by different business establishments. The place indeed is a strategic business
location.
We had to talk with the right authorities because it is a government-owned establishment.
After submitting the requirements imposed by LGU of the city like business permits, the
contracts for rent/lease signed, we were able to acquire a 150 square meter space at the aid
establishments. The said space is inclusive of 100 square meter first floor area and a 50 square
meter second floor area. Rent per month is P30,000.
The first floor area consist of 100 square meter will be divided into 3 sections, of which
are the production/kitchen area of about 40 square meters, a stock room of about 10 square
meters and the remaining 50 square meters will be our dining area/service are. The 50 square
meter second floor are will be our office.
Our store is located at one of the front most areas of the said building it will be easy to be
seen/accessed by our target market and potential market..

GOVERNMENT PARTICIPATION
Reasonable pricing, employee’s proper benefits, permits and sanitation and safety
requirements must be addressed and given proper considerations in order for a business
establishment to run smoothly. It is a must that all legal aspects in running a business should be
given importance and are properly executed.
For employee’s proper benefits: We followed DOLE’s minimum wage rate for Gapan City,
Nueva Ecija; have them enrolled in Philhealth, SSS, Pag-ibig and other insurance services.
For pricing: We followed the pricing regulations of DTI.
For permits, Sanitation, and Safety Requirements: We first obtain BIR registration of th business,
local business permit and sanitation and safety permits at Gapan City Hall. We also made sure
that all our employees has secured their working permits. And of course since they will be
working as foodhandlers we made sure that they aso secured their own health certificates.
REGULATIONS AND POLICIES TO FOLLOW
It is important to consider the rules and regulations/policies that a business enterprise
should follow and fulfil. Government rules and regulations must be properly handled and the
company should comply to all policies and term of conditions in order for it to run smoothly and
of course legally. Some of which are business permits, working permits and cleanliness and
sanitation.
Upon acquiring the place at the newly constructed Gapan City Center we immediately
ask what are the terms and conditions applied on acquiring the area. The following are included

PERSONNEL PLAN:
All personnel of our store are well trained ad passed all the requirements to get the job.
As business partners and owners of the business, we divided the different managerial
functions of our store

 Mr. Rhoem Dale Divino (Supplies Management)
 Mr. Joecor delos Santos (Store Operations)
 Ms. Resheil Sarah Santos (Marketing and Office Management)
 Mr. Dan-hill Galvez (Sales Management)
We only hired four employees because we are just a starting company. Two kitchen crews, a
cashier and dining crew make up our manpower in production and service areas respectively.
Each employee will work 26 days a month. They are guaranteed to receive double pay on
holidays except on Maundy Thursday and Good Friday wherein there will be no store operations.
There are a total of 15 holidays per year only 13 will be credited. They will be receiving 13th
month pay to be given semi annually, June and December.
On their third year they will receive a basic pay increase of Php5.00 to ensure and build good
manager – employee relationship.
According to DOLE the daily minimum wage for Gapan City, N.E is Php306.00.
