The sequence number is only relevant for multi-row contexts and identifies the order of the rows. Even for
multi-row contexts it is optional as the system would automatically populate it. However, if you don’t
support a Source Key when creating new EFF data the SequenceNumber becomes mandatory as it is part of
SequenceNumber User Key the User Key.
InformationType Context Code for the EFF.
JeiInformationCategory User Key No longer used.
