Dear Meena,

I am sorry to hear that you were under the weather last week.
When Aunty Sarina told me that you were diagnosed with
dengue fever. I was extremely worried for you. It is a relief to
know that you are now out of danger and recovering at home.

I am sorry that I was not able to visit you in the hospital last week.
I was having my midterm exams and I could not afford to miss
that. Furthermore, I really have a lot to revise. I hope you
understand that this is a crucial period for me and that I cannot
make the trip to Kota Bharu to see you.

My father has promised to let me visiting you once the exams

are over. I am looking forward to see you after all this time. By
then, I am sure that you would have bounced back into your
happy. I am sure that you must feel bored now! I have enclosed
with this letter my favourite novel for you. Hence, you will not
bored anymore.
I will be praying for your recovery and I hope you know that
everyone is concerned about you. In this mean time, do take
care of yourself and rest well. See you soon.
