Scene 1

One evening, in the library of As-Sofa Islamic College, a student approaches another
student at a desk. They are having a conversation about their future plan.

Helmi: Assalamualaikum. Hi Juki. What are you doing?

Juki: Waalaikumussalam. Hi Helmi. I'm filling out a job application.

Helmi: Are you finished with school already?

Juki: No. I have one more semester, but it would be great to have a job lined up.

Helmi: I see. How is your day going?

Juki: Quite busy. I'm preparing for my presentation the day after tomorrow on our
marketing strategy. I'm not even half done yet.

Helmi: You must feel stressed out now.

Juki: That's an overstatement.

Helmi: Why? You said it is not even half done yet.

Juki: It will be done soon tomorrow. As for now, I'm playing futsal with my friends at
the hall.

Helmi: I didn't know you play futsal. Are you having fun?

Juki: I'm having a great time. How about you? What are you doing besides filling out
the form?

Helmi: I'm taking a break from the final year project. There seems to be no end to the
amount of work I have to do.

Juki: I'm glad I'm not in your shoes.

Helmi: Yeah, tell me about it. Well, I have to leave now.

Juki: Alright, see you then.
