    MERCHANT MARINE NOTICE

    The purpose of this Marine Merchant Notice is to inform the users of the Panamanian
    Registry that the Panama Maritime Authority will carry out audits to all it`s
    Recognized Organizations and Recognized Security Organizations, the audits will be
    based on the IMO´s RO Code, Resolution MSC.349 (92) which enters into force on
    January 2015, as stated in the Resolution JD No. 039-2014 dated November 12th,
    2014. We will be communicating with each Recognized Organization and Recognized
    Security Organization, separately, regarding the date, terms and conditions of the
    audit.
