INTRODUCTION:

Energy drinks are very important to

the athletes and sometimes to the
ordinary people. It gives energy and
removes pain.
Nowadays almost everybody use
energy drinks instead of medicines to
boost energy and remove pain. But do
you know that energy drinks can be
alternate fertilizers? In this study the
energy drinks are used to make mongo
seeds grow faster.
STATEMENT OF THE PROBLEM:

This study seeks the answer of the ff. question(s).

How many times do energy drinks can make mongo seeds grow faster than the
ordinary water?

SIGNIFICANCE OF THE STUDY:

The rationale of the study is to save money and to lessen the trashes. It can
save money for just P10-20 for energy drinks than P60 for fertilizer. This is
alternate source of fertilizer if can’t afford fertilizer.

SCOPE AND DELIMITATIONS:

This study was conducted in front of the researcher’s house and this was
conducted to make the farmer’s work easier because they can use energy drinks
instead of fertilizers. The aspects looked into were the alternative fertilizer, how
long does it take to make the mongo seeds grow and the right energy drink to
make this seeds grow fast.

LIMITATION OF THE STUDY:

This study has diff. factors controlled and uncontrolled variables. There is
some affecting the study of the researcher like when the animals around it can
ruin the entire study and the researcher will start the procedure all over again. On
the other hand this study will not lose patience in growing the mongo seeds.

DEFINITION OF TERMS:

ENERGY DRINK- taken from its word “energy” it gives energy to the people but in
this study this is the energy giver to boost the growth of the mongo seeds.

MONGO SEEDS- mongo seeds grow fast but in this study the seeds will grow
faster to earn money fast, to conserve time, and to cure some diseases in no time.
MATERIALS:

 Disposable glass or can

 Energy drinks
 Mongo seeds
 Measuring cups

PROCEDURE:

 Prepare all of the materials needed.

 Put the same kind and amount of soil in the disposable cups or cans.
 Place the nine cups or cans in a same area.
 Mix 125ml. of energy drink with 125ml. of water.
 Water the plants with the mixture for one week at least twice a day.
 Observe which set-up grew fast after one week.
 Record your observations.
