Communication skills,Team building & Concentration skills Through different aspects
vinglores-Excessive pride in oneself or one’s achievements;excessive vanity.

Round 1: Extempore
Process:

➢ Dartboard hitting the words.

➢ Aim on the specific word and elaborate that for 100 to 120 seconds.
(A pair of 2 required)

Judgement parameter:

 Team Work, Communication Skills, Decision Making, Quickwit

 Time needed: 40min (60% will be qualified for next level)

Round 2: Frost Bite

Process:

➢ One person in a team will be BlindFolded.

➢ Other Person need to guide him to arrange the cup in given sequence.
(A pair of 2 required)

Judgement Parameter:

 Co-ordination, Planning, Co-ordination , Strategies

 Time needed: 35min (50% will be qualified for next level)

Round 3 : Projection
Process:

➢ There will be a mirror in front of contestants.

➢ He need to give an interview facing the mirror.
(single contestant)

Judgement Parameter:
 Facial expression, Body language &communication skills

Time needed:

10-15 min for each contestant selected (3 winners will be selected)
