B2. Other Roof and Wall Framed Openings


For roof and wall framed openings other than doors, wind load tributary widths are
calculated following the same principles as shown previously for doors. See Figure 3
below for the load calculation, for the left opening. The opening on the right side follows
the same principles, with additional point loads added where Member 2 is interrupted.
