NOTICE OF APPEAL

Respondent, thru the undersigned counsel, most respectfully

state: That-

1. The undersigned counsel received the Resolution (Of the

Motion for Reconsideration) issued by this Honorable Office on
Monday, December 11, 2017;

2. Upon conferring with the Respondent, the Respondent desires

to appeal the Decision and the subsequent Resolution to the
appropriate body which is the Bureau of the Chief of Jail Management
and Penology, thru its Chief Legal Office, 144 BJMP Building, National
Headquarter, Mindanao Avenue, Quezon City;

3. Thus, respondent, thru the undersigned counsel, most

respectfully manifests his intention to appeal, as he does hereby
appeal, the decision rendered by this Honorable Office on November
15, 2017, for the reason that the decision and resolution are contrary
to law and the incorrect appreciation of the evidence adduced.

This appeal is being taken to the Chief BJMP, thru its Chief Legal
Office, 144 BJMP Building, National Headquarter, Mindanao Avenue,
Quezon City;

WHEREFORE, premises considered, it is most respectfully

prayed of this Honorable Office that this instant appeal be given due
course, it being availed within the reglementary period, and to forward
the entire records of this case to the CHIEF BJMP, for review and

further proceeding upon payment of required appeal fee, in the interest
of justice.
