How can the program contribute to the applicant’s educational or professional growth?

The public service, being employed as public school teacher in a province, has
been life changing. It has opened many faucet of insights, and a deeper understanding
of human experiences that signifies meaning and mutual respect. By profession I am a
licensed processional teacher and registered guidance counselor. I am also affiliated to
different organizations in and out of campus that is related to psychosocial services.
If by chance to be accepted by the JENESYS2018 Japanese Language
Communication, Japanese Cultural Exchange, the experience will nurture my idealism
towards a better Philippines especially in the Department of Education and in promoting
Mental Health in the province where access to these important agency is not delivered
effectively. My teaching experience has taught me so much about about myself and my
country that prompted me to develop myself even more in order to give what the students
of today deserves. The program is beneficial in the discourse of my duty as a teacher
and guidance counselor which both plays an important part of my advocacies in molding
and touching students’ heart in preparing them to be responsible citizens of this country.
The program will be a benchmark of best practices in the aspect of culture, language,
psychology of individuals and a lot more which will be bridged towards my practice as
educator. Thus, those best practices will be copied or executed to the agency where I
am presently employed.
Personally, NYC programs is a dream I’ve always wanted to achieve. I believe
that it will help me in my quest for experience, understanding, and respect. As a person
my inclinations are into research, people, arts, culture, and sexual orientation. The
program can uplift my self esteem where I am part of the LGBTQ+ which is considered
a minority in our province. Hence,
