Total of over $2500 cash prizes


Children A: 1st ($100), 2nd ($80), 3rd prizes ($ 50), and honorable
Children C: 1st ($150), 2nd ($100), 3rd prizes ($80), and honorable mention
Youth A: 1st ($200), 2nd ($150), 3rd prizes ($100), and honorable mention
Youth B: 1st ($300), 2nd ($200), 3rd prizes ($150), and honorable mention
Young Artist: 1st ($400), 2nd ($300), 3rd prizes ($200), and honorable mention
1st prize winner will be invited to judge the children and youth
groups in the next competition

Carnegie Hall Winners Concert: July 28th, 2018, Saturday, at 1pm

Contestants may enter with DVD, online uploads, or attend live auditions.

Children B: Two pieces of contrasting styles

which must be a fast movement of a classical
sonata
Young Artist: Three pieces of contrasting styles, one
of which must be a fast movement of a
classical sonata

Showcase Concert: July 28th, 2018, Saturday at 1pm at


Weill Recital Hall, Carnegie Hall, New York City

ALL winners are invited to perform at the Winners’


Showcase Concert at Carnegie Hall in New York City. All
winners must perform at the concert (except in extreme
circumstances) in order to receive the awards.

Application Fees: Children groups: $65


Youth groups: $85
Young Artist groups: $105

Winners who are invited to perform at Carnegie Hall must


pay a performance fee of $300/person. To up 4 Comp tickets
will be provided to the students and families. The students
and family are responsible for the traveling and
accommodation expenses.
