Overview:
As a reflection of our current needs and anticipated company growth, we are very pleased to offer an opportunity
to join our growing company! Join our Human Resources team as a Compensation & Benefits Manager. Reporting
to higher ups, you will be responsible for overseeing that we attract and maintain an efficient and motivated work
force

Responsibilities:
 Plan and execute compensation and benefit programs
 Oversee hiring process
 Monitor market for other compensation opportunities
 Join teams with Payroll to ensure correctness of benefits

Preferred:
 Masters in Human Resources with an emphasis on management
 Experience with ADP or other data processors
