to join our growing company! Join our Human Resources team as a Compensation & Benefits Manager. Reporting
to higher ups, you will be responsible for overseeing that we attract and maintain an efficient and motivated work
force
Responsibilities:
Plan and execute compensation and benefit programs
Oversee hiring process
Monitor market for other compensation opportunities
Join teams with Payroll to ensure correctness of benefits
Preferred:
Masters in Human Resources with an emphasis on management
Experience with ADP or other data processors
