performance. With this installation, you are making a
very important contribution to the environment,
thanks to the reduction of gases that usually increase the
pollution and an incomparable economy.

different benefits. For you, for your vehicle and for the
environment, advantages that we cannot forget to mention
in this manual.

Components It is guarantee that the products used for the conversion of vehicles
warranty does not have production defects and all materials used are first quality.
The warranty is limited to replace the components where the defect was
proved due production or material problems. The warranty period is
stated at the Certificate that is going together with the conversion kit,
please demand this Certificate to the workshop.
In order to obtain the benefits of the Warranty, the components must
be installed by authorized technicians, it should not be submitted
to bad treatment or modified in any way, all materials must receive the
corresponding maintenance that are clearly indicated in the section of
this manual.
All expenses caused for the transportation of the vehicle,
fuel consumption, etc. Are not covered by this Warranty. Furthermore,
it is not foresee the reimbursement for eventual damage to original
parts of the vehicle caused by use or carelessness.
Safety
The CNG is lighter that the air, so in case of a leakage
happen, the CNG will go up, without making any
dangerous accumulation that could happen for example in
case of liquid fuels.
The ignition temperature of CNG is higher than the liquid
fuels, so this reduces the danger of an accidental and
spontaneous inflammation.
The CNG is stored in cylinders at a high pressure; witch
makes impossible the entrance of air that usually gives
origin to an explosive mixing. This do not happen with the
liquid fuels that are stored at an atmospheric pressure at the
tank that permit the access of air that together with the
fuel´s vapor constitute a very dangerous and explosive
mixing.

 Installation
Economy
The CNG has a low cost and high performance, that allow us to

increase the oil life. The CNG does not form any sediment,

The CNG combustion is creating less harmful gas emission and

also less corrosive than the gasoline, this is also making to
improve the life of the exhaust system and also the muffler.

The CNG also has a higher octane than gasoline, assuring a

better start up and soft running.

The CNG do not have any additives, its homogeneous mixing
with the air is making an almost perfect combustion that is
practically neutralizing the pollution of the environment.

 Maintenance To have an optimum result working on CNG, we recommend How and where You can load CNG in any authorized CNG refueling station, and

 Safety How to act in case of any inconvenient and accident.

Gas leakage:
Immediately go away from the principal way-street, stop the
vehicle in a secondary street.

Stop the engine and close the cylinders valves.

Do not operate any electric device and do not smoke.

When the leakage was stopped, continue with gasoline until the
first specialized CNG workshop.

Fire accident:
Stop the engine.

Get out of the vehicle.

If it is possible, close the cylinder/s valve/s. Do not operate any

electrical device of the car.

Do not smoke.

If it is possible, take the fire extinctor, and shoot directly to the

base fire.

If it is possible, keep the cylinder/s cold using further water.
