Trade fair „Zukunft Personal 2009“

Concerning the 10th anniversary of the trade fair in human re-
source management, the Zukunft Personal 2009, many personal Ines Majewski
manager found their way to cologne in spite of the actual financial Junior Consultant
situation. Therefore the fair was a raving success for us! MACHWÜRTH TEAM
International

This year, as last year, we, the
Machwürth Team International,
were represented with two
booths. And before the fair
started many customers asked
us regarding a personal ap-
pointment. In the end of these
three days we counted more
than 200 meetings. Therewith
we feel vindicated with our per-
formance portfolio, which was
growing constantly during the
last 20 years.
A customer magnet …
…was created by our imagina-
tive designed Outdoor alliance
booth. On this booth the visitors
were able get a first impression
about our portfolio.
The main topics for the design
this year were our „On Leine
Training“, our leadership by
horse training and our team de-
velopment sailing trips.
By dint of the interesting look,
many new customers noticed
our outdoor performance portfo-
lio. In a cosy picnic atmosphere
on wooden benches and chairs
it was possible to live and to ex-
perience the outdoor feeling on-
site.
In addition to this the information
about the whole outdoor per-
formance portfolio and the em-
bedding into the actual company
situations were topics of discus-
sion on this booth.
Positive customer feedback…
…was not only given regarding
the Outdoor booth but also for
the MTI-booth. Here Mr. Mach-
würth and eight MTI consultants
answered a lot of first questions
and conveyed a first impression
about our expertise to our cus-
tomers and new visitors.
Particularly the topic of experi-
ence-driven learning and the
development of first concepts
were important for the trade fair
visitors.
Our appointments…
…can be characterized by high
quality. Most visitors on our two
booths had concrete request
and training needs. That en-
abled us to talk about specified
requirements and to work on
customized results during these
three days.
The makeup of visitors ranged
from regional companies over
national ones to global custom-
ers. Therefore we were glad to
welcome well known customers
like WestLB, Dorma, Clariant,
SSK Düsseldorf and many more
as well as to get to know some
new faces like Leica Geosys-
tems or Vivisol.
After this raving success we are
looking forward to the “Zukunft
Personal 2010” and hope to
have as many good appoint-
ments as we could realize this
year.
