Learning Area : Addition with the highest total of 10,000

Learning Objective : Student will understand addition as combining two groups of


objects.

Learning Outcome : Student will be able to:


a) Add up to three numbers without regrouping, involving up
to 4 digits numbers.
b) Add two numbers up to 4 digits, with regrouping.

Vocabulary : addition, plus, total, sum, zero, digits, numbers, groups.

Prior/prerequisite : Pupils have acquired knowledge of
