This document contains the release notes for AirN@v Maintenance for A320/A330/A340/A380.
Information to be taken into account for this version:
• To know the meaning of the abbreviations used in the Release Notes, please refer to the AirN@v Glossary function.
• This version of AirN@v Maintenance requires ADOC N@vigator V3.19 or higher.

Description Operational Impact: If user is in Hidden mode= the applicability works fine, if only a MSN over which the AC is not
applicable is selected then the Airline commens shows a "no applicability" warning message. If in this context an
export of the attachments is done the list will be empty as expected. If user is in Hatched mode= if only a MSN
over which the AC is not applicable is selected the AC displays but is not hatched. If in this context an export of
the attachment is done the list will show the AC hatched as expected.
Short description PDF content can not be viewed when attaching to the root of the manual
Description Operational Impact: If user export manually the attached document and then import it on the same publication
without attachment, then the issue is reproduced and the PDF cannot be viewed again.

Description Operational Impact: When exporting the attachment from a publication, the application failed.

Description Operational Impact : Link does not work if supplier is not the first one found.
Workaround or issue : Waiting for STDO resolution

Short description Applicability issue with Airline Comments

Description Operational Impact: If user is in Hidden mode= the applicability works fine, if only a MSN over which the AC is not
applicable is selected then the Airline comments shows a "no applicability" warning message. If in this context an
export of the attachments is done the list will be empty as expected. If user is in Hatched mode= if only a MSN
over which the AC is not applicable is selected the AC displays but is not hatched. If in this context an export of
the attachment is done the list will show the AC hatched as expected.
Limitation : Only existing FSN should be entered in the applicability field while attaching an Airline attachment
manually. Others applicability's criteria are not taken into account. If you enter not existing FSN or other
applicability criteria's, the effectivity is wrongly set to 'ON A/C ALL' QC3968 scoped in 3.14 has been created to
improve this behaviour.
Short description PDF content can not be viewed when attaching to the root of the manual
Description Limitation : impossible to import more than one AD in the root.

Workaround or issue : An ISR has been raised in AWN side to be scoped for next AWN versions.
Short description Job card not printing - An error occurred during script execution. The script did not competed properly

Workaround or issue : All publication V3.13.1 must be fixed to take into account defect 3962 correction. Fix done
on Airbus People and Airbus World.
Short description An error occurred when the customer performs a FIN search in the "Dynamic Wiring".
Description Operational Impact: User is unable to get the results in Dynamic Wiring module.
In some cases, when looking for a FIN reference in the Dynamic Wiring module, an error message is
encountered: "An error occurred requesting the server"
Short description Customization of attachment (buttons) does not work

Description Operational Impact: The user customizes his attachment.properties. The colour defined within this file was not
reflected into the consultation view. .
Short description AIPC sheets are missing from the printouts

Description Operational Impact: When printing IPC 78-30-24-10 from publication Single Aisle PGT (June 01, 2016), only the
first sheet is printed. The 30 remaining sheets are not available in the PDF. .

Description Operational Impact : User is not able to transfer attachments from a previous publication to a new publication.
Description : In some cases, the export of attachments fails. The issue comes from attachments previously
imported which contains some discrepancies. The attachments import succeed with incorrect information. Then,
the attachments export fails.
Short description Print - Issue during preview generation

Description Operational Impact : User does not know if the printed document is correct.
Description : Users encounter an error message when printing some AMM tasks. The error message "An error
occurred during the preview generation. Some parts of the original document might be missing. Part of the
content overflows the visible frame and could not be rendered". This is a warning message to explain that the
printed document can be incomplete.
Short description Attachments exported are not the one expected

Description Operational Impact : The transfer of attachments from a previous publication to the new publication can be
incomplete. This may cause some misunderstanding.
Description : The Export attachments function available on "Administration Console" / "Manage Attachments"
does not work correctly if the administrator makes a selection of relevant attachments before exporting.
Short description Error when attaching a document with an ID > 24 char

Description Operational Impact : User is not able to attach requested documents
