Fateh Nagar, New Delhi-110018 hereinafter called the ‘RELEASEE’ No.3.

WHEREAS the Smt. DAVINDER KAUR KOCHHAR w/oShri MANMOHAN

SINGH KOCHHAR son of Shri DALIP SINGH KOCHHAR resident of House
No.D-171, Fateh Nagar, Near Jail Road, New Delhi-110018 is the absolute owner
of D-171, Fateh Nagar, Near Jail Road, New Delhi-110018 situated on Plot No.D-
171, Near Jail Road, New Delhi super built up area of 2700sq.ft. situated on plot
No.D-171, Near Jail Road, New Delhi-110018 by virtue of Sale Deed registered as
document No.____in Add, Book No.______Volume No.____ on Pages _____to
____dated_________, in the office of Sub-registrar, New Delhi (hereinafter called
the said portion of the said property).

AND WHEREAS by virtue of inheritance Smt. DAVINDER KAUR KOCHHAR

relinquish the above said property in the name of following her three legal heirs:

1. S.CHARANJIT SINGH KOCHHAR, age 52 yrs.son of S. MANMOHAN

SINGH KOCHHAR R/o D-172, Fateh Nagar, Near Jail Road, New Delhi-

2. S.NARINDER PAL SINGH KOCHHAR, age 46 yrs. son of

3. Smt. JASWINDER KAUR KOHLI age 53 yrs. daughter of

S.MANMOHAN SINGH KOCHHAR wife of S.VARINDER PAL SINGH
KOHLI R/o B-78, UG, Fateh Nagar, Near Jail Road, New Delhi-110018.
NOW THIS DEED WITHNESSETH AS UNDER:-

Pursuant to their will, as mentioned above, the Executants/Releasers under

inheritance, hereby with to release and relinquish their right in the D-171, Fateh
Nagar, Near Jail Road, New Delhi-11018 built up area of 2700Sq.ft. of Freehold
property, built on a plot of land measuring 1350 sq.ft., situated at plot bearing
No.D-171, Fateh Nagar, Near Jail Road, New Delhi-110018 in favour of her three
legal heirs named S.CHARANJIT SINGH KOCHHAR, S.NARINDER PAL
SINGH KOCHHAR &Smt. JASWINDER KAUR KOHLIas mentioned above,
hereby affirm and declare that they shall have no claim, right, lien or interest in the
entire built up area of the aforesaid property and the same shall vest absolutely in
the said three legal heirs S.CHARANJIT SINGH KOCHHAR S/o
S.MANMOHAN SINGH KOCHHAR, S.NARINDER PAL SINGH KOCHHAR
S/o S.MANMOHAN SINGH KOCHHAR &Smt. JASWINDER KAUR
