PUBLIC INTERNATIONAL LAW

House Rules:

1. VIP’s (very important provisions) are to be memorized in VERBATIM. However, other

provisions should be understood substantially.

2. Cases are to be read in its original form and digests made by upper classmen are
discouraged. At the end of the term, all students will submit their OWN handwritten digests of
the cases as a pre-condition for passing the subject.

3. Open books are allowed in class; you can also use your handwritten notes and photocopy of
the cases during recitations, as long as it does not pose a hindrance to your effective and
efficient recitation.

4. You are entitled to your absences provided there is no BOYCOTT and you can catch up with
the lessons missed.

5. Tablets, phablets and computers are allowed during classes as long as it does not pose a
hindrance to you and your classmates' effective and efficient recitation.

6. Talking while I am talking or when your classmates are reciting is discouraged unless it calls
for a debate and argumentation and I started it.

7. If I am absent, there is no such thing as time wasted because you will have a quiz which will
be checked and recorded. In cases where the class is learning-challenged, there will be
occasional lectures to catch up with the coverage scheduled usually on the earlier hours of the
class day. However, there will be a quiz during the actual time of the class.
