The Relationship between Music, Colour and Shape

Welcome to the questionnaire in relation to music, shape and colour. The aim of this study is to
investigate how music, shape and colour connect with a person’s thoughts and emotions when
listening to music. I believe that music has the ability to make one feel, visualise images and colours
and emotions a person may feel can be described using shapes and colour.

This questionnaire will not ask you any personal details and any information that you do provide will
be kept safe and confidential. The results will be used without knowing names or ages of individuals
taking part to ensure that the questionnaire is completed fairly. Please allow 20 minutes to complete
this questionnaire and ensure that you answer the questions as best as possible. This questionnaire
will require you to listen to music and have access to the internet. Thank you for taking part in my
study.
