Stroke is an acute disorder of cerebral circulation (ONMC). When the diagnosis of ONMC for some time

Starting with the easiest exercises, the complexity of the work should be gradually increased;
Before loading muscles should be warmed up and prepared by means of massage or grinding;
Singing - often this ability persists even with problems with pronunciation of words;
Actions that require the participation of the language - its twisting in a tube, protruding, licking lips;
Working out the pronunciation of sounds and letters, syllables and words, simple and complex
sentences;
Refusal from alcohol and smoking, fight against obesity, introduction to the regime of sparing physical
exertion;
We must not forget about the observance of the drinking regime. If there are no contraindications, the
patient is given up to 2 liters of non-mineral water without gas.
Loss of speech - the frequent consequences of a stroke. In 30% of cases, the necessary skills are
returned spontaneously and in full. Sometimes it takes from 1 to 3 years for them to work. In any case,
the patient is shown classes with a speech therapist. Also, the function of a specialist can be undertaken
by someone close to the victim.
For this purpose, the patient's blood pressure is monitored. If necessary, measures are introduced to
keep the indicators within the limits of the norm. If a patient has hypertension, he is shown drug
therapy. It may include taking antihypertensive and diuretics, drugs to lower cholesterol and dilute
blood. Particular attention is paid to diet - the diet requires the rejection of alcohol and stimulants
(caffeine), limiting the amount of salt and fatty foods.
To combat other possible complications of emergency, special manipulations have been developed. On
the quality of their performance depends on the patient's well-being and its chances of recovery.
