Moderating with buddy teachers, using curriculum documents, to
determine writing levels of our students

What to bring:
 Bring samples of student writing books (or equivalent)
 Your ipad or laptop to access curriculum documents

 Work with your buddy teacher
 Using the SCSA Judging Standards for Writing and the SCSA
work samples as a guide, determine the levels at which selected
students are working.
