Subject: Absent Report of PhD Student Mr. Shamsul Haq

Dear Sir,

I am going to inform you about the absence of Mr. Shamsul Haq Roll No. 30484, who
remained absent for a long time after passing his course work and comprehensive examination
after his admission in Fall 2012 in this department. He again contacted me in Fall 2017 and
promised to continue his research and other departmental activities. His NOC is also pending
from his institution COMSATS University of Information Technology Abbottabad.

Therefore, I consider it necessary to bring this issue into your notice that Mr. Shamsul Haq
remained absent and not in contact with me since his last meeting with me in Fall 2017.

This absent report is being prepared after the advice of the members in 12th meeting of Board
of Studies of Department of Mathematics & Statistics to present it to Directorate of Academics
for necessary action please.
