The estimate amounting to Rs. 4,26,500/- (Rupees Four Lakh Twenty Six Thousand Five Hundred) o
been framed to cover the probable expenditure on "Repair & Maintenance of Staff Quarters at Se
Sector-4, New Shimla & Vikas Nagar, Shimla".

Quarter No. 290, Block No. 18, Sector-2, New Shimla was completely abondonned, accordingly provis
repair of complete plaster, Repair of Doors, Repair of Windows, Repair of Floors, Distempering, Pa
Change of all electrical wirings & Fitting, Change of all waterline & Sanitory fittingshave been
Maintenance of this quarter for such work have not been carried out since last 6 years or more. Fitting o
Doors for 5 flats in Sector-4, New Shimla and 2 Flats in Vikas Nagar haven also been considere
surrounding floor area near Quarter No. 788, Sector-4, New Shimla was completely damaged, repalcem
the same with Cement Concrete has also been considered. Quantities have been workout from
measurement of staff quarters.

For preparation of Estimate, Rates have been taken from the DSR 2016, with a cost index of 35.29%. Ra
few items have also taken directly from open market. GST at 12% have been considered against SA
9954.

Technially sanctioned for Rs. 4,26,500/- (Rupees Four Lakh Twenty Six Thousand Five Hundred) only.
