Q: What are the section/s in CCE that can be


rectified? If rectified, up to how many years or
cycles it can be rectified?

A: The a) Educational Qualification and


b) Academic Experience can be
rectified at any cycle of evaluation.

Q: Doctorate/Masters/ other post-graduate degrees


taken were not vertically articulated with the
undergraduate course. How do we treat this case?

A: It depends on the institutional Policy -


there is Autonomy of the SUC in its
implementation based on the guidelines of
NBC 461.

Q: How do we treat a Faculty


who has two master degrees?

A: Educational qualification of 65 for


the first Masters degree plus 4 points to
the second master’s degree obtained.

Q: Can ‘contract of service’ Faculty members


be allowed to submit to NBC 461 evaluation?

A: Contract of service Faculty members may


submit to NBC 461 evaluation in order to determine
his/her rank. This can be useful for the management
in determining the rank of their contracted Faculty
including the acquisition of official records and
documentation of their professional and educational
qualifications.

result of evaluation?
A: The Faculty member may
request for an individual print-out of
the result of his/her NBC 461
evaluation.

considered for their Educational
qualifications?

A: Private Institutions in the country that are


not accredited by CHED are not considered.
CHED accreditiation is verified through
issuance of an Special Order (S.O.).

for evaluating the CCE?

A: As of this date, the CCE instrument


used for evaluation is the instrument that
was approved by PASUC President
Eldegario Gonzales.

and regular-temporary status be
evaluated for promotion?
A: Yes, any Faculty member can
be evaluated for the purpose of
determining the Rank obtained
using the NBC 461 instruments.
