MOTION
FOR THE PROCESS SERVER TO PERSONALLY SERVE THE SUMMONS TO
THE RESPONDENT

Petitioner, thru undersigned counsel, and unto this Honorable Court,

respectfully alleges that:

1. The instant case was filed on February 13, 2018;

2. Copies of the Petition was already furnished to the Office of the

Solicitor General and Office of the Provincial prosecutor of La Union;

3. A summons was already prepared to be serve thru postal money

order since the respondent is residing in 17-E, City Camp Alley
Extension, Baguio City which is outside the territorial jurisdiction
of this Honorable Court;

4. In order for the summons to be served at the soonest possible time,

the petitioner is willing to shoulder the cost of transportation of the
Process server to personally serve the summons at the given address
of the respondent; and

5. This motion is not intended to delay the proceedings but solely for
the above-stated purposes.

PRAYER

WHEREFORE, it is respectfully prayed that the Process Server be allowed to

personally serve the summons to the respondent’s given address with costs
to be shouldered by the petitioner.

Other reliefs just and equitable under the premises are likewise prayed for.

of the respondent; and
