PROFESSIONAL SNAPSHOT
• Acting as ‘Single point of contact’ from Global Operation team for the preparation and delivery of
“Top Management Executive dashboard reports”. Leading the project for preparing industry
specific presentation and category snapshots to provide key insights to the client management team.
• Accountable for providing monthly retail reports for South Asia & Africa clients in FMCG, Soft
Drinks, Cigarette, Lubricants and Liquor industries. Reduced on delivery cycle time and improved
on quality by successfully implementing some new initiatives and man management skills.
• Help clients in understanding and optimizing distribution network across the product mix
• Assist clients in developing products by providing information and updates on the top performing
products and their characteristics
• Provide marketing information and insights to the Client Solutions Team through various analyses

• Monitor performance and provide feedback to the management regarding team performance

Coordinating with the design team for new product development by doing research on country specific styles,
designs and trends, developing collaterals, brochures, catalogues.
