1. All reservations are assigned and prioritized upon confirmation.

2. A reservation can not be confirmed until a credit card number has been issued.

3. All rooms are reserved for two hours.

4. Private dining charges will be presented on one bill. Personal checks are not accepted.
5. In the event of a cancellation within 7 days of your scheduled event, your credit card will be charged 50% of
your agreed room minimum.
6. Confirmation of the number of guests to be served must be given 48 hours prior to the scheduled event.

7. Client agrees to a food & beverage minimum of $__________ (not including service charge and tax).
8. We recommend that you test any personally owned Audio/Visual equipment, especially laptop computers,
for compatibility with our systems prior to your event.
