Patient: Hello good morning, I'd like to make an appointment to see Doctor
Ramirez, please.

Doctor's Assistant: Did you come here before?

Patient: Yes. I had a physical exam last year.

Doctor's Assistant: Fine, what is your name?

Patient: Gabriela Cid

Doctor's Assistant: Thank you, Ms. Cid What's the reason for your making
an appointment?
Patient: I haven't been feeling very well lately so I decided to come.

Doctor's Assistant: Do you need urgent care?

Patient: No, not necessarily, but I'd like to see the doctor soon because I
don’t want to be sick.

Doctor's Assistant: What seems to be the problem?

Patient: I have a rash that I need a doctor to look at and I have a terrible
stomachache
Doctor's Assistant: Do you have a fever with that rash or another
symptom?
Patient: No, it just itches a lot.

Doctor's Assistant: since when do you feel that seems?

Patient: mmm since yesterday, I was in my house playing whit my dog

when I realized of that, but I didn’t take care about this, but in the night, I
started to feel bad and I could not sleep well

Doctor's Assistant: Ok, how about next Monday? The doctor is available
at 10 in the morning and he could see you.
Patient: I'm busy at 10 because I will have an important job meeting. Is
there anything available after three?

Doctor's Assistant: Let me see. Not on Monday, but we have a three

o'clock opening next Wednesday. Would you like to come in then?
Patient: Yes, next Wednesday at three would be great for me.
Doctor's Assistant: All right, I'll pencil you in for three o'clock next
Wednesday.
Patient: Thank you.

Doctor's Assistant: Can I do anything else for you Ms. Gabriela?

Patient: yes, I would like to schedule another appointment for my brother.

Doctor's Assistant: of course, would you like schedule a check up or is he

ill?

Patient: he will enter to the Navy School and he need a physical exam for
know his health condition

Doctor's Assistant: of course, the doctor could see him next Wednesday at
five p.m. it´s ok?

Patient: yes, no problem, he has all day free

Patient: Jose Cid

Doctor's Assistant: ok both appointments are made
