High Range Water Reducing cum Retarding Admixture
for Concrete
Dr. Fixit Pidicrete CF 160 M2 is a Super plasticizing
admixture to produce pump able or flow able concrete, free
from bleeding and segregation.
It also imparts the cohesiveness to concrete mix for easy
placing and pumping.

Water reduction upto 25-28% without effecting the
workability
Helps in reducing cement content for a required strength
by reducing w/c ratio.
Achieve high early strength.
Increases workability at a given w/c ratio, resulting easy
placing, and eliminates honeycombing.
Reduction in shrinkage cracks
Less permeable and hence more durable concrete.
METHOD OF APPLICATION :
Concrete shall be mixed with 50-70% of the mixing
water(based on mix design by weight).
The correct quantity of Dr. Fixit Pidicrete CF 160 M2
should be measured with recommended dispenser and
should be added to the concrete with remaining 30%
mixing water and allow to mix it for recommended mixing
time.
Dr. Fixit Pidicrete CF 160 M2 should not be added in dry
mixes under any circumstances
DOSAGE:
Dosage range of Dr. Fixit Pidicrete CF 160 M2 will be
400 ml to 1200 ml per bag of cement.
Optimum dosage should be determined by doing site trial
mixes. Dosage may go above maximum limit for High
Performance Concrete and shall be determined by site
trial mix.

CONCRETE ADMIXTURES
COMPATIBILITY:
Dr. Fixit Pidicrete CF 160 M2 is compatible with all
types of cement e.g. OPC, PPC, PSC etc.
Dr. Fixit Pidicrete CF 160 M2 is compatible with all
air entraining agent which complies wiith IS 9103-2003
and Integral water proofing compound which complies
with IS 2645- 1978. If other admixtures are to be used
in concrete containing Dr. Fixit Pidicrete CF 160 M2,
they must be dispensed separately.
STORAGE :
• Keep the liquid above freezing temperature.
• If the product has frozen, thaw it at room
temperature(25°C) and agitate until complete
reconstitute in the original form.
• Store under cover, protect from direct sunlight.
• Failure to comply with recommended storage condition
may result in premature deterioration of the product
and packaging.
SAFETY PRECAUTIONS :
• Dr. Fixit Pidicrete CF 160 M2 is a non-toxic and
inflammable. When in contact with the skin, it should
be washed with cold water.
