regarding transfer of shares to IEPF belonging to those shareholders who have not claimed their
dividend for seven consecutive years from 2010-11 to 2016-17, inform ing them, amongst
others, the due date of such transfer, in accordance to Investor Education and Protection Fund

NOTICE TO EQUITY SHAREHOLDERS OF THE COMPANY
For Transfer of Equity Shares of the Company to Investor Education and
- Protection Fund (IEPF)
This Notice is given pursuant to the provisions of the Investor Education and Protection
Fund Authority (Accounting, Audit, Transfer and Refund) Rules, 2016 ("the Rules")
notified by the Ministry ofCorporate Affairs (MCA) effective September 7, 2016. •
The Rules, inter alia, contain provisions for transfer of all equity shares in respect of
which dividend has not been paid or claimed by the shareholders for seven consecutive
years to the OemataccountoftheAuthority.
It is noticed from the records that some of the shareholders of the Company have not
encashed their dividends since 2010 • 2011 and same remained unclaimed for seven
consecutive years. ' ·
Adhering to the various requirements set out in the Rules. the Company has
communicated Individually to the concerned shareholders whose equity shares are
liable to be transferred to IEPF under the said Rules for taking appropriate actions(s).
The Company has uploaded full details of such shareholders and shares due for
transfer to IEPF on Us website at www.apar.com. Shareholders are requested to refer to
theabove web-link to verify the detailsof unencashed dividends and the shares liable to
be transferred to IEPF._
Shareholders may please note that both the unclaimed dividend and the equity shares
claimed back by them from IEPF Authority after foHowing the procedure prescribed
by the Rules. In case, if no valid claim In respect of equity shares is received from the
shareholders, by 15.09.2018, the Company shall, with a view to complying with the
requirements set out in the Rules, transfer the shares to Ihe IEPF Authority by due dale
as per the procedure stipulated in the Rules. Please nole that no claimshall lie against
the Company In respect of unpaid dividend amount and equity shares transferred to
the IEPF authority. The shares and unclaimed dividend after transfer to IEPF can be
claimed back by making a separate application to the IEPF Authority, in Form
IEPF - 5, as prescribed under the Rules and same is available at IEPF website
i.e. www.lepf.gov.in · ·
