In your own words, what is meaning of the word - “cyber-crime”?

Cyber-crime is criminal activity carried out on a computer or the internet.

Why is it important to know what to do if a close friend is having problems with thoughts of suicide related to
cyberbullying?

It is important to know what to do if a close friend is having problems with thoughts

of suicide related to cyber-crime because I could have the knowledge that would
possibly help that particular friend out.

What cybercrime have you personally encountered?

A few weeks ago my friend was being cyber bullied. He was being talked about on
social media and it made him sad. Once he told me that he was being bullied I
advised him to tell an adult so that they could handle it. He was scared to tell an
adult because he didn’t want to be called a snitch but eventually he did tell
someone. Once he told someone the adult contacted the bully’s parents and later
on my friend never got bullied by that person again.

SCENARIO SOLUTION
If I knew someone who was about to steal someone’s identity I wouldn’t report them
right away. I would first try to talk them out of it before it gets out of hand.
