    STEPS

    1.Assign the necessary Job Roles to the User

    Navigation-Tool>Security Console

    For Example-General Accountant or Accounts Payable Manager


    Go to your Implementation project

    Search for Task like-%Data%Access%

    Task Name-Manage Data Access for User


    Here You can add data access for users against any particular roles

    Like-Ledger

    Data Access set

    Business Unit

    Inventory Org etc

    For example I want to add US LEDGER FOR my user Boeing.cld against role-General Accountant
    Similarly you can add for Business Unit
