EXECUTIVE
SUMMARY
Möbius Red is a take on the famous FOMO3D, but built from the ground up to be more efficient
and user friendly. We have developed our smart contract with some key advantages, most
important of which are instant returns, less dev fees, more efficiency! You can withdraw your
earnings any time during the round. The first round is also a Token Distribution, in which
investors get our MRD Dividend Tokens . When the first round ends, token minting is finalized,
and token holders start receiving dividends from this and other games we develop - FOREVER.
Game Overview
Möbius Red is an investment/lottery game, where there are several ways to make a profit. You
get passive income for participating, and you can win the big jackpot if you’re the last to invest.
The game runs in rounds and the first round is also a token distribution (as detailed below).
Players are called investors . Investors can buy shares (instead of keys) in any round. Buying
shares makes you the leader for the round, and also brings you passive returns every time
others buy shares. YOU CAN ACCESS YOUR RETURNS INSTANTLY ! (no lockdown periods)

The leader is the last person to buy a full share (minimum investment is 0.1 shares), and is the
one who wins the big jackpot (4) if the timer runs out (5). This is only one reason to buy shares.
Every share purchased adds 5 minutes to the timer (to minimize the chance for the kind of
attack which the first FOMO winner utilized), up to 24 hours. What is different here is that
Möbius Red rounds also have a hard deadline (shown in the round details). The share price
stays constant (0.001 ETH) till the hard deadline. After that, the price doubles every hour.

When you open https://mobius.red/, you’ll be asked to use a Web3 browser if you aren’t already
using one. When you access the web UI with a web3 browser, your address will appear at the
top right. We’ve built a simple, yet powerful Nickname Registrar contract, completely
independently from the game (so it can be used by other games as well), such that you can set
your nickname to anything you desire (including emojis!). You can easily set your nickname by
pressing “set nickname”. Once your nickname is set, you can generate a referral link - if people
visit through your referral link, you get 1% of any ETH they spend, including when they
purchase with their vault. In the top center you can see the size of the big jackpot, the name of
the current leader (will be drained by <leader>), and the time left until the round ends. Below are
the two main panels - one with the purchase interface, and the other with round information.

The purchase interface allows you to quickly select how many shares you want to buy for the
round. It is more beneficial to invest 0.1 ETH or more at a time - you will get bonus shares, and
you’ll have a chance to win an ETH airdrop. See table below for bonus structure. Investing more
gets you more shares (you pay less for more shares), which means more returns on your
investment!

Your vault shows how many shares you’ve bought for the current round and returns from this
and any previous rounds.

Returns are broken down in

 Investment returns = your passive income from the

rounds + airdrops or jackpots you win
 Referral returns = the income generated from
purchases using your referral link

You can withdraw all of your returns at any time – the

moment anyone invests after you purchase your shares,
you start receiving returns! See below for how incoming ETH is split (the biggest part goes to
returns for shareholders). You can also reinvest your returns directly by buying more shares.
Revenue split

The first ever Möbius Red round is also our Token Distribution - for every share you buy, you
also receive our MRD Dividends Token (more details in the next chapter). Because of this, the
first round has a different revenue distribution than others. The distinctive revenue “buckets”
are:

1. Jackpot - 15% of all incoming ETH goes to the jackpot for the round. If 100 ETH are
invested, then the jackpot will be 15 ETH.
2. Returns - 65% (52% during the Token Distribution) goes to investors in the round.
Returns are paid, any time someone makes a purchase, to all previous investors in the
round. If there are already 100 shares sold in the round, and someone invests 1 ETH, all
previous investors will get 65% * 1/100 ETH for every share they hold.
3. Dev share - 5% it is what the Möbius team gets. During the Token Distribution round,
we will get 25% of the revenue in exchange for our tokens. See next chapter for details.
4. Dividends - 9% (2% during the Token Distribution) goes to our token holders! Tokens
can only be issued during the first round, but token holders will receive dividends from
this and any other games we develop, for life !
5. Jackpot Seed - 5% - this will be used to seed the Jackpot for the next round.
6. Airdrops - 1% is used for random airdrops for investors who spend more than
0.1 ETH at one time.
Token Distribution & Details

As this is our first project, we’d like to raise funds for future development, and for that we’re
issuing our own MRD Dividends Token. Participants in the first round receive 1 token per
share bought, and the dev team receives an additional 0.5 tokens. This means that when
minting is finished, at the end of the first round, investors will hold 66.6% of the total supply of
tokens, while the Möbius team will hold <33.3%. We intend to give away around 10% of the total
supply for bounties and mainly promotional activities during the Token Distribution. The rest will
be held in reserve for future bounties and team reserve (figure above). Given the revenue split
outlined above, investors in the first round can expect ≅0.000017 ETH in dividends 1 per token.
In other words, you can expect to get back around (depending on your bonuses) 1.5% of
your investment back as dividends .

Our focus is on building great dApp games. We don’t just want to cram lots of useless features
into convoluted apps - our focus is on user experience and efficiency. We don’t want to waste
your gas, or your time. We listen to your feedback, and we will iterate our designs to suit your
needs and suggestions.

Our funding goals are as follows:

 Regardless of how much ETH we raise, we will build a UI which allows you to easily
check your token balance, send tokens, see your dividends balance, and withdraw your
dividends. This is signified by the MRD Dividends button.
 50 ETH Raised – MRD DEX! Our first order of business is to make life for our token
holders easy - there will be a MRD decentralized exchange, where you’ll be able to
freely trade your tokens on the open market. Fees from the DEX will be sent as
dividends to token holders.
 100 ETH Raised - a dice game with special Möbius mechanics. We have a few lottery-
like game ideas in mind, and probably the dice game is the one we will implement first. It
will still involve passive income and luck.
 500 ETH Raised - a P2P betting platform - it will start with being able to place simple
bets against other players (on dice rolls, price of ETH, and others), but it will evolve into
more complex mechanics.
 1000 ETH Raised - develop a complete suite of games which work together in a casino-
like environment.
Every game we develop will pay part of its revenue as dividends to
token holders, and will give some advantage to token holders. We
want to create natural demand for our tokens, so that token holders
profit!

The community will have a chance to test new games we work on,
prior to release, on test nets.

As mentioned - minting is finalized at the end of the first round, and no more tokens will ever be
created!
