SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

We, hereto referred to as the legal HEIRS of the late

____________, namely:

(NAME), (Legal Age), (Filipino Citizen), with residential

address at _________________________;

do hereby NAME, CONSTITUTE AND APPOINT (NAME), (Legal Age),

(Filipino Citizen), also of legal age, married, with address at
____________________, to be my true and lawful Attorney-in-Fact, for me
and in my name, place and stead, to do and perform the following acts and
things, to wit:

1. To NEGOTIATE with any person who has the authority to

process that titling of the lot hereto referred to as “Property”,
bearing the following details:

2. To SETTLE and PROCESS with the NATIONAL COMMISSION ON

INDIGENOUS PEOPLE the application of a FREE PATENT over the
abovementioned lot.

3. To SETTLE and PROCESS with BUREAU OF INTERNAL REVENUE

the taxes due and payable relative to the processes involving the
abovementioned lot.

4. To represent me in all transactions with the REGISTRY OF DEEDS,

the TREASURY OFFFICE and ASSESSOR’S OFFICE of the City
Government of Baguio for the eventual Transfer and Registration of
the abovementioned lot.

5. To ACCOMPLISH, SUBMIT, SIGN and/or FILE any or all other

documents to fully process with the REGISRTRY OF DEEDS, the
TREASURY OFFFICE and ASSESSOR’S OFFICE of the City
Government of Baguio for the Transfer and Registration of the said lot
under our names;

6. To RECEIVE from BUREAU OF INTERNAL REVENUE, the

TREASURY OFFFICE and ASSESSOR’S OFFICE of the City
Government of Baguio all papers, documents or clearances attendant
to this transfer and registration;

7. To RECEIVE from the NATIONAL COMMISSION ON INDIGENOUS

PEOPLE and REGISRTRY OF DEEDS the title or certification or any
document in relation to the registration of the abovementioned lot.
 8. To DO and PERFORM all and every act lawful, necessary and required
to carry out the above-things and acts effectively within the said the
premises;

9. To SIGN and/or EXECUTE any and all papers, documents or clearance

for me and in my behalf, in relation to the aforementioned transaction.

HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto the said Attorney-in-Fact

full power and authority to do and perform all and every act requisite or
necessary to carry into effect the foregoing authority, as fully to all intents and
purposes as I might or could lawfully do if personally present, with full power of
substitution and revocation. I am also hereby ratifying and confirming all that
my said attorney-in fact or his substitutes shall lawfully do or cause to be done by
virtue hereof;
