    ALTERNATIVE REMEDIES OF THE BUYER TO ENFORCE WARRANTY AGAINST


    HIDDEN DEFECT
    i. Article 1567. In the cases of articles 1561, 1562, 1564, 1565 and 1566, the vendee
    may elect between withdrawing from the contract and demanding a
    proportionate reduction of the price, with damages in either case

    ii. Buyer may choose any of the following:


    1. ACCION REDHIBITORIA (Redhibitory Action)
    a. withdrawing from the contract
    b. avoidance of the sale due to vice in the thing sold
    2. ACCION QUANTI MINORIS
    a. proportionate reduction of price
