FIRST GENERAL MEETING

(Day/Date: Wednesday. 24th January, 2018)

We discussed 5 main issues during the meeting, namely:

1) On organizing the first Cohort i.e. the first raid group of the guild. And in order to reach
such stage, we need to train or boost new members who are not only active, but
determined and committed. Details of the cohorts shall be discussed in the attachment.
2) On acquiring and completing the guild skills. A new info given by the new member of
the guild (Sweets??) said that guild skills can be farmed from the mobs in either the
Morroc Battlefield or the Prontera Battlefied in a form of [Shabby Ancient Documents]
which are then unlocked into guild skill books with restorative item sold by the Kafra.
3) On the clarification about the guild ranking system. It is determined that the Prafectus
shall be of the strongest tank in the guild of either a
Warrior/Knight/Monk/Beastmaster and the Aquilfiiers shall be the strongest support
class of either a Priest/Sorcerer/Soulmaker.
4) On having a guild banker. RulMusica was voted to be the guild banker although still
unconfirmed with his consent or agreement.
5) On having guild personal crafters that have all the recipes/skills especially for
Blacksmiths and Artisans. Work in acquiring all the skills focusing on one crafter of
each field that are active should be made a priority. Guild personal Chef and Alchemist
were also being considered.

About the Cohort (Raid) System in the guild

As informed before from the letters that was sent, there are:
i- 36 Legionaire.
ii- 16 Signifier.
iii- 16 Optio.
iv- 4 Centurion.
v- 5 Aquilifier.
vi- 5 Praefectus.
vii- 10 Praetorian.
viii- 7 Tribunus.
ix- 1 Legatus.

In total it comprised the 100 members of the guild.

Since it was determined that the Aquilifier are the strongest support and the Praefectus are the
strongest tank, as a suggestion; why not have a specific role for each rank so as they can be
easily identifiable.

Further Suggestions

Was it not in the very beginning, the Optio are leaders of parties, and Signifier are their
assistants? Why not make the Signifier the first stage of the support class rank and the Optio as
the tank class rank.

Was it not in the very beginning that the Legionaire are the new recruits in the guild? Why not
add another rank for new recruits as “Conscripts” i.e. undecided role (completing the 10 ranks in
the guild) and let the Legionaire rank be of the rank for DPS role.

Therefore, any Legionaire, Optio and Signifier are authorized to organize parties.

Was it not in the very beginning that the Centurion are the leader of raid i.e. the leader of
cohorts? Why not make the Centurion as the strongest DPS in the guild?

Thus, any Centurion, Praefectus and Aquilifier are authorized to organize raids.

Therefore, the career progressions for each role are as follow:

For DPS class (Warrior/Knight/Crecentia/Assasin/Rogue/Wizard/Sorcerer/Ranger/

Optio Praefectus

While the status of the Praetorian and the Tribunus shall remain to be the handpicked guards
and assistants of the Legatus respectively. With these in mind, the ranks of Centurion,
Praefectus and Aquilifiers shall be reset until further notice or if the posts are filled with
suitable candidates.
