Description of Assignment :
Few selected specialist contractors (Piling, Piers, Superstructure, M and E ) were appointed to
design and manage proposed MRT connecting from Nilai toll to newly built AEON Shopping
Mall to Nilai KTM. Advise the client the most appropriate organization structure for
project performance. Prior to commencement of the work, the owner has requested you to
complete the following tasks.

Task 1 (LO2) :

1 Prepare FIVE (5) types of organization structure for the above proposed MRT

Task 2 (LO2):

Based on Task 1, evaluate the advantages and disadvantages of each type. Justify your
rationales which one is more suitable.

You need to present your findings during class hour.

Submission Requirements:
