1. PRICES: Prices quoted are net ex our works at G h a z i a b a d .

2. GST: T h e GST @ 18% extra and other taxes / levies, if applicable at the time of delivery, then, shall be charged extra
as per actuals.

4. DELIVERY: The material shall be delivered as per your delivery schedule but from the date of receipt of Technically &
Commercially & after receipt of approval of drawings alongwith 100% advance.

6. PAYMENTS: The payment shall be 100% unconditional advance against Proforma Invoice before dispatch.

6. VALIDITY: Offer is valid for a period of 30 days from the date of offer.

7. FREIGHT: Freight shall be charged extra as per actuals.

8. PACKING: INCLUSIVE.

9. DEVIATION: There is no deviation towards the items Offered by us and shall be strictly as per your technical specification.
