 Motivation Letter

Organization is the place to express creativity and able to contribute in it either in the
field of academic and non academic. The one of organization i want to join is AIESEC.
Before that Let me Introduce my self. My name is Eva Khofifah, i am from economic and
business faculty on Department of Accounting. AIESEC is a global platform to explore and
develop young people leadership and potentials. For me this organization is that i was
looking for and i feel this organization will bring future benefit for me.

Secondly, my motivation to sign up as a member in AIESEC in ULM is my desire to

improve my leadership, potential and importantly my english speaking. Now i am as a 3rd
semester college student and i am still lack of experience on leadership and other potential.
So i think with join as a member of AIESEC can improve my leadership ability. I have 2
experience on committe. First on LCTA 2017 that held by HMA FEB ULM. There i was be
member of event division. Second on MBMA 2018 that held by HMA FEB ULM. There i
was be Secretary of committe. Beside the committe, i feel nowadays can speaking foreign
language is truly important. So i attaract to learn foreign language. Now, beside english i
learn korean at Korean Learning Center of ULM. I want to have more ability to fluent in
language and experience that different from that committe i joined before. In AIESEC i want
to apply on Finance, Governance and Legality Department. I prefer to choose this department
because the job description fits on my major i took on my faculty, its Accounting major. I
hope i can applicate that i learn from college in this organization.

Third, if i was elected as a member of AIESEC, i would be very proud. Write this
motivation letter is one of the requirements to entry into AIESEC , for which i am very
earnest in completing the form. I think, this is all I can write, may be taken consideration to
qualify for next selection, thanks for attention.
