On Monday, 17 September 2018, we received the training of Grahasia Mental

Hospital to get a briefing schedule for the official ward and our group consisted of 7
people and divided into 2 groups, for the group I got the Nakula ward for the first
week we were briefed on how during the ward and what will be done every day by
mental patients in the Nakula ward, and after 3 days of service we have just told CI's
tutor in the ward that it will be managed by pak nur faozin as the head of the room in
Nakula ward and after that we report to him and we immediately get directions to
take individual askep for new patients so that we can manage them into individual
askep and after that he gives patients for home visits and discusses for TAK patients
(group activity therapy) after discussing the distribution of our patients to be asked
for the next consul TAK and Saturday do TAK session 1 and two sessions for k
diagnose patients specifically for RPK (risk of violent behavior). On Monday we are
dipoli service and during dipoli we only identify the identity of the client and
diagnose for the daily report that will be written as a task during dipoli after the
service is finished we also wait for the pack to praise as CI during the dipoli for the
consul proposal we will present as health education by diagnosing isolation After that
the next day we conduct health education for patients in the waiting room before the
service begins. On the day we arrived in the emergency room of Grahasia mental
hospital and we met with CI Pak Hajar and we got directions for BST with triage
material for ED patients with mental patient categories then we orient the room after
that he gave the service schedule to be divided into 2 shif namely the morning and
night shifts, after the IGD we continued the service in the BIMA room and received
by CI PRESEPTOR namely pak yoni and we were all directed to morning shifts for 3
days in the room and got what direction to do while in the bima room and on the last
day we were given BST with restraint material namely understanding, indications and
how to install restrain, after finishing the bima room we returned to service in nakula
ward and on monday we got back guidance from the bima room to get MTE material
for mental nursing study and after getting our material back space bima to continue
service after Wednesday we asked for CI ward time for our Thursday exam at the end
of the test and accompanied by the TAK that had not been completed in session 3 and
session 4 after everything was finished we all got evaluation and input during the
exam and all the assignments during the mental phase were completed properly and
On Saturday, October 6, 2018 at 10.00 we all returned the dictation for withdrawal.
