MOTION TO RELEASE BAIL

COMES NOW JUAN DELA CRUZ, assisted by the (Law Office), and to this Honorable
Court most respectfully states that:

1. That accused posted bail for their provisional liberty in the above-entitled
case in the amount of TWO THOUSAND PESOS (Php 2,000.00);

2. That the Judgment of the Honorable Court promulgated on March 6, 2018

the accused was convicted and was ordered by the court to pay the fined of
FIFTY PESOS (P 50.00);

3. That the said Judgment failed to provide for the release of the bail bond
posted by the accused;

WHEREFORE, in view of the foregoing, accused most respectfully prays

that their cash bail bond be released to MARIA DELA CRUZ.

Other just and equitable reliefs are likewise prayed for.
