Note to the educator

What does grace look like in the classroom? Grace defined is: God’s Riches At Christ’s Expense.
Y

He paid it all. He gave all. As ChrisEan educators, we need to keep that giH foremost in our
mind each and every day we cross the threshold of our school’s door. As we interact with
colleagues and students, there is an inevitable confrontaEon over temporary and many Emes,
insignificant issues. Keep the big picture in mind before entering into the conflict. How does it

affect eternity? What will it maLer even tomorrow? Pray in that split second of decision (which
will help us not to say something we will regret) and seek to extend grace. It doesn’t mean look
the other way, it means to look right into the conflict and ask for His righteousness and grace to
solve it in a way that will be pleasing to Him.
