In one’s private capacity, for each harassing letter, or visit received thus after acceptance of this
Lawful notice, until writ has been completely satisfied, and addressed in a court of records. Any
attempts to enforce color of authority, by use of sheriff/police force will be met with charges of the United
States Codes: Rico Acts Title 18, RACKETEERING, EXTORTION, and FRAUD, as well as forced obligation
without proof of authority, against sheriff/police and all parties listed in this writ, (all parties to the matter
must provide written and verifiable numbers of delegation of Authority order from congress) Forced
obligation without contract, denotes (slavery), Any and all fees and fines wrongfully placed upon I/me,
Demetrius Barca Bey (free national name) after this lawful notice and Contract Rescission will be perceived
as a disingenuous attempt to extract revenues and or property from a natural person.: Though absolutely no
contracts exist, or have ever existed! I will work diligently to remove bonds of all government officials
involved in the unlawful removal of me and or my property or both, as I object to any colorable proceedings
and denial of due process in law. I am not a 14th and or 15th amendment citizen, being only granted privileges.
I am a natural person with whom has a nationality proclaimed for public record, and I command that all
government officials secure my preexisting secured and protected constitutional unalienable republic
birthrights/rights of the Federal Republics Organic Constitution of North America as well as the Organic
New York Republic.

1. The term “extortion” means the obtaining of property from another, with his consent, induced by wrongful use of
actual or threatened force, violence, or fear, or Under color of official right.

2. The term “racketeering” means the extortion of money or advantage by threat or force, and or a pattern of illegal
activity (as extortion and murder) that is carried out in furtherance of an enterprise (as a criminal syndicate) which is
owned or controlled by those engaged in such activity.

If you or your organization wish to place any further obligation upon I/me, especially thus after this contractual
rescission, though absolutely no contracts exists, or have ever existed! Of any, and all unilateral adhesion contracts, I
demand that first you show proof of authority.

1. Can you present your Delegation of Authority Order, certified by Congress, as well as verifiable numbers?
2. When does such authority expire?
3. Is your corporation, foreign or domestic?
4. Are you able to address to me, verifiable incorporation papers?
5. At which point does the United States Republic Constitution allow private corporations to impose
obligations upon natural persons? (that denotes slavery)
6. What is the nationality as well as political allegiance of Maureen Mc Keown, Paulina Lopez, Iriana Rooks
and Joann Macksey of Progress of People Management Corporation?
7. Are both Maureen Mc Keown, Paulina Lopez, Iriana Rooks and Joann Macksey, agents/claimants to
authority of Progress of People Management Corporation able to show proof of nationality, as well as
verifiable certificate of status?
8. If this lawful notice is responded to by an attorney, purporting to represent any parties to the matter as
well as any agents/claimants to authority, can proof of license to practice law in the Constitutional
Republic of the United States of North America be certifiably provided?
9. Where is the allodial title to the property you claim belongs to your corporation / and or agents/claimants to
authority?
10. Can a corporation own the organic land especially when I am Aboriginal and Indigenous Moorish
American claim such property, and have not waived or abandoned property under booty or prize
laws? I am sound in mind and do not yield to escheat property law.

For the record, I repeat, I have absolutely no unilateral adhesion contracts between any private fictitious
corporations, or agents/representative of such parties, wishing to abridge my liberties, protected under the United
States Republic Constitution of North America. Corporations of claimants to authority unable to provide proof of
such claim will be sued in his/her own private capacity for violation of Constitutional Republic Rights. Title 18,
racketeering, extortion, fraud, burglary, theft, as well as forced obligations (slavery), and if detained or arrested,
kidnapping. I demand all organizations and claimant to authority to respond honorably. This Writ is my honorable
and ‘Good Faith” attempt to clear up any insensate misrepresentation or confusion, concerning resolutions in this
matter, before taking any further actions. FOR THE RECORD. A failure of your companies and claimants to
authority (the fore-mentioned Entity or Agents/Representatives) to ‘Respond’ to this lawful request within the
allotted five (5) days of Receipt of this ‘Writ in the Nature of Discovery, Notice of Status Change, Contract
Rescission, though absolutely no contracts exist, or have ever existed! Bill of Particulars, and Fee Schedule,
Declaration of National Status, Birthrights, and Free National Name ‘will be considered as an affirmation of
disingenuous intent, and the said failure of Response to the ten (10) above – noted issues, will be deemed a
‘Dishonor’ of this ‘Notice and Demand for Disclosure’. All responses must be notarized by a bonded notary public
and signed in Blue or Black Ink by any such claimants to authority, and or including but not excluding any
Agents/Representatives for the fore – mentioned Entity or Corporation. For the record: I absolutely in no way
waive any rights!!!!!!!

This notice has been forwarded to the Attorney General’s Office, Sheriff’s Office, Governor’s Office,
Secretary of State’s Office and Recorded for the Public Record on the county level, as proof of attempts to find
remedy through the attached documents in the form of a Lawful Demand and Request.
