Target Student: This course is designed for experienced project managers who
desire to increase their project management skills, apply a standards-based
approach to project management and apply for Project Management Institute, Inc.
(PMI) Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification.
Course Feature: Although the main course material is PMBOK 2008 which is
organized per knowledge areas, the instructor will deliver the course as per process
group starting by initiation till closing, experience showed that demonstrating the
PMBOK in a way similar to real life project management, will help increase the level
of understanding.
