SUBJECT: SUPPLY OF POWER AND CONTROL CABLES (CONSUMABLES) FOR

THE NETWORK WORKSHOP AND DELIVER TO THE (SEOMD) SANITARY

NETWORK SECTION (SNS)

You are hereby invited to submit your lump sum price for the above subject, as

per attached specification and details.

Bidders are required to be registered with Ministry of Finance.

Contractors should have a valid prequalification License issued by the Ministry

of Works Municipalities affairs and urban planning in the field to be able to

participate. (Only for the contractors and project scope mentioned in the

attachment)

Notes to the bidders:

1) Offers shall be submitted in envelope With all the attachments signed and

stamped in the prescribed manner, and to be deposited in the box provided and

located at THE OFFICE OF THE TENDERING GROUP, Ministry of

FLOOR, Manama kingdom of Bahrain, on Sunday, 28th Oct 2018, not later

than 2.00 PM.

2) Unit price and total amount in BD. shall be shown against each quoted item.

The prices quoted are deemed to be inclusive of all cost and no claim for extra

cost can be accepted. Lump sum prices are not accepted for itemized offers.

3) In case of any special conditions, additions or amendments that deemed to be

part of the offer, they shall be signed and stamped and shall be submitted with

the offer.

4)Items shall be delivered or provision of service shall be rendered to the

location as per the details attached.

The Ministry is not obliged to accept the lowest price if the necessary

specifications and requirements of the offer are not adhered to.

5) Your offer shall be valid for a minimum period of 90 days from the closing

date.

6) Time required to execute the job as per the scope of work shall be three (3)

Months from the commencement letter or LPO.

7) Samples, product catalogues or brochures shall be provided upon request and

shall be submitted in a separate envelope bearing the same Quotation

Reference. Such items shall be signed and stamped.

8)The Ministry reserves the right to accept or reject whole or part of the offer.

9) The Ministry reserves the right to reject any offer involving false information,

fraud or incorrect details of the goods or services quoted. The Ministry may

take further appropriate action including barring the supplier from

participating in the Ministry's tenders for up to one year.

1 0 ) The authorized person shall countersign any modifications or alterations in

the offer and no modification to the prices shall be accepted after opening of

the offers.

1 l)The offers shall be opened on Monday 29th Oct 2018 at 8:00AM. You may

send your representative to attend the opening of the offers.

1 2 ) The results of the opened offers shall be displayed online through Internal

tenders services (Bahrain .bh) system.

1 3 ) Alternative offers are not allowed unless an original offer is submitted and

shall be in a separate envelope marked as "Alternative Offer".

14) You are required to send regret letter if you are not going to participate in this

inquiry, otherwise you will not be invited in future inquiries.

1 5 ) The Tender Documents are available for collection on line through the internal

tenders services only (Bahrain .bh) system.
