Dear Brethren:

Christian Greetings!

Music is a gift. It is a blessing from God and it is given to us to serve a holy purpose, that is, to lift our
praises to the Master Musician, Jesus, whose melody of love flows through our hearts. It would be very
much ironic if we, as Christians, called to be a light, would let a day pass with this gift of music
unexpressed.

In its hope to bless the people with the gift of music given them, the Iligan City Seventh-day Adventist
Central Church Youth Choir, a group of about 40 willing and gifted young singers, would like to visit your
church this coming December 16, 2017 to celebrate this blessed Sabbath day and worship God with you
through a religious concert. Due to some unexpected twists that we haven’t foresee and few
misunderstandings in the group, we sincerely apologize that we will decline our appointment in your
place.

In this regard, we would humbly request from your office an approval if you would allow us to pursue our
concert this January 2018 during your fellowship meetings with other churches. The date will be fixed
when the group will be having a meeting regarding this matter. We are all excited to see you and share to
you the wonderful message of our Lord Jesus through songs. Till then, may we all be filled with GOD’s
Spirit as we press on together towards the furtherance of the gospel!
